The Robert DiLutis Reed Clipper will clip any Bb clarinet reed.  Finally a reed clipper with a symmetrical  tip shape.  The clipper comes with 2 shapes of tips. Standards round and flatter round.

Replacement blade is made from a standard double edge razor blade. Instructions are easy to follow.
